10. The kids talk about events in the past and insist I won’t remember because it happened when “you were twenty.”
9. I celebrated my birthday with an early bird dinner at Jason’s Deli.
8. I was nervous things were getting too wild when we started a movie after 9pm.
7. After opening presents, I had the urge to box everything back up and save it for a special occasion.

I love this post for many reasons, but mainly because it reminds me of our David Letterman obsession phase (that came after our Bob Ross obsession phase). I remember the day you got an autographed photo of him in the mail after you wrote and requested one (and probably made up some far-fetched story about how you only had a month to live and the only thing you wanted was an autographed picture of him) LOL! I say that jokingly, but I sort of recall that you really did do that. So glad you’re back to writing!
